Orders & Returns

Your order is usually shipped in a box via DHL. For smaller orders, we prefer to use a shipping bag or small shipping box in the interest of sustainability.

Since our shipping is done by DHL, we also offer - in addition to delivery to private and company addresses - delivery to packing stations, post offices or DHL parcel shops.

The amount of the shipping costs depends on the selected delivery country. An overview of the shipping costs by destination country can be found in our shipping costs overview.

Immediately after your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As soon as receipt of payment has been confirmed or we have received a guaranteed payment confirmation from the third-party provider you have selected (e.g. PayPal), your order will usually be dispatched on the next working day. When paying in advance or by immediate transfer, please note that it may take some time for the bank to complete the process.

Yes. Our current delivery countries can be found in our overview of shipping costs . Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to other countries at the moment.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may currently be delays in delivery. We ask you to take this into account. Normally the delivery time is 2-3 working days within Germany. Deviating delivery times can be found in the respective item description. If you are waiting longer for your order without having received a message from us in the meantime, please contact our support team using the contact form or send an email to info@tomed.com .

Yes. You can return the delivered goods within the cancellation period (14 days after receipt of the goods) or cancel your contract (right of cancellation ). Please keep in mind that some of our products fall under the “hygiene items” category. You can only return these as long as you have not opened, used or tried on the goods. Otherwise they are unfortunately excluded from exchange.

The refund is usually made within 1 week after receipt of the return and inspection. If you need another item instead, please order it in the shop as usual.

If you encounter difficulties during the ordering process, you can try to choose a different payment method or place the order from a different device (e.g. smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet). If that doesn't help, please contact our support team using the contact form or send an email to info@tomed.com .

You can enter your voucher code in the “Voucher code” field during the purchase process. By clicking on "Redeem voucher" the discount will be deducted automatically.

Immediately after your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. In exceptional cases, it can accidentally be classified as spam. If you can't find an e-mail in the spam folder, it may be that your e-mail address was incorrect or that the order got stuck in our system. In both cases, please contact our support team via the contact form or by email to info@tomed.com stating the order number.

You can quickly and easily change your name and address online in your user account. There you can edit both the billing and delivery address. To change the billing or delivery address of an order that has already been placed, please contact our support team via the contact form or by email to info@tomed.com .

Yes. We offer you a variety of payment methods, including purchase on account. Our partner for purchase on account is Klarna.

Prefabricated SomnoGuard® snoring devices

In the case of pathological snoring in connection with a diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), reimbursement by health insurance companies is possible. After prior application, statutory and private health insurance companies can partially or completely cover the costs. In individual cases, however, the health insurance company decides whether and what amount to reimburse.

You can order SomnoGuard® splints online, for example via our Somnora snoring shop or by telephone (0221 17067206), fax (0221 17067207) or e-mail (info@tomed.com).

In order to achieve an optimal therapeutic result, we recommend having the prefabricated SomnoGuard® splints fitted by a doctor (e.g. dentist, ENT doctor, doctor in a sleep laboratory, general practitioner) or their specialist staff.

Individual SomnoGuard® snoring devices
